Autoselect Tray prints to wrong tray due to printer hardware setting.
Cause:
There is a problem with the printer hardware setting. One of the printer trays may be disabled.
Solution:
Select the printer hardware settings and make sure the correct tray is enabled. Refer this problem to technical support if necessary.
